The detailed contractual terms for medical second-opinion and telemedicine services, and the detailed GDPR-compliant consent for processing your health data, are set out in the separate Patient Agreement and Informed Consent, which you must accept online before paying for and receiving the Services. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Patient Agreement and Informed Consent, the latter will prevail for the Services.
