Most second opinions are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your imaging and documentation. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days. If delays occur, our support team will keep you informed.

Yes. You can follow the status of your request at any time through your secure online account, up until your report is delivered.

The upload time depends on the size of your files and the number of images in each one. Larger files may take longer to upload.

Yes. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. We only collect the information needed to provide your medical second opinion, we protect it with strong technical and organisational measures, and we never sell your data.   • communicate with you and, if you ask us to, with your treating doctor
  • improve the quality and safety of our service (for example, internal audits)

  • selected specialist reviewers (for example radiologists, oncologists, dermatologists, fertility experts)

  • handle any follow-up questions or complaints
